Film stars sometimes have very tough times when two consecutive movies demand different type of physical look. It is very difficult for them to quickly lose or gain weight in the short gap between two movies. But then, to do justice to the role and please the audience they will have to undergo this toil.

‘Three idiots’ is a film being directed by Raj Kumar Hiran. This movie is being produced in the Bollywood and will also be released in Telugu. The film stars Aamir Khan, Sharman Joshi and Madhavan. The lady lead is Kareena Kapoor. Madhavan is selected to cater the south Indian audience as the producers plan to release this movie in South India also.

In this movie the three male leads act the students of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and thus the director suggested them to lose some weight so as to appear as Engineering students. Aamir Khan has built has body drastically for the movie Ghajini and now he has to lose all the weight and muscle he has added for Ghajini. Similarly Madhavan is also suggested to lose some weight before the shoot starts. So, Madhavan flew to England to participate in a special weight-losing program which helps in losing weight quickly.

The third hero in this movie is a bit lucky as the director excused him saying that his current shape fits the role very well!
